Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FilmCraft Studio, operated by Agentic AI TechSolutions LLP. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms. If you use FilmCraft for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.
The service
FilmCraft helps creators develop, organise, review and preserve film and advertising projects. Features and limits depend on the plan shown in your account. During private preview, access may be invitation-only and some features may change before commercial release.
Your account
Give accurate information, use the same approved sign-in method, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. One person or organisation must not create duplicate accounts to evade trial, usage or payment limits. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
Your work and responsibilities
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us a limited permission to store, process, back up and display it only as needed to provide and secure FilmCraft and fulfil your requests. You must have the rights and permissions required for people, music, images, trademarks, confidential material and other content you use. Do not use FilmCraft for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing work, malware, unauthorised surveillance, or attempts to bypass security or plan limits.
AI guidance and third-party tools
AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You remain the director and must review facts, rights, safety, continuity and final exports. A FilmCraft plan does not include third-party generation credits unless the offer expressly says so. External tools, subscriptions and eligible bring-your-own API keys remain governed by their providers’ terms, prices and availability.
Subscriptions and changes
When checkout is enabled, the checkout page shows the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, trial if any and renewal terms before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and its Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase. You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Plan limits and prices may change prospectively with notice required by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict writes or suspend access for material breach, security risk, fraud, chargeback or non-payment. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue. Cancellation or expiry does not delete existing work immediately: the service preserves read and export access according to the plan and retention policy. You may request account deletion from the account page.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep FilmCraft available and protect saved work, but previews, integrations and third-party services may fail or change. Keep independent copies of important media and exports. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a commercially successful or legally compliant film.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss caused by third-party tools or content you chose to use. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for FilmCraft during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country continue to apply where the law requires them.
