Privacy Notice
Agentic AI TechSolutions LLP operates FilmCraft Studio and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact info@agenticaisolutions.tech with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
- Your sign-in identity, email address, account status and plan.
- Project writing, saved project versions, Creative Guide responses, usage counters and account requests.
- Review links you create and the names, comments and decisions reviewers choose to submit.
- Subscription, transaction and entitlement references received from our payment provider. FilmCraft does not receive or store full payment-card details.
- Limited security and operational records needed to protect accounts, diagnose failures and restore the service.
What stays on your device
In the current product, original image, audio and video media stays on your device unless you deliberately upload or send it to another tool. A local file reference in a project is not a server copy. Keep your own media backups.
Cookies and local storage
FilmCraft uses strictly necessary session and CSRF cookies to sign you in, protect forms and maintain security. The Studio may use browser storage to keep device-local drafts and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies in the current private preview. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent control will be updated before they are enabled.
Creative Guide and external tools
Before a connected Creative Guide request, FilmCraft identifies the provider and the context to be sent. If you use your own API key, the key is used for that request and is not stored in your project, account database or backups. The provider processes the material under its own terms and retention practices. Opening or signing up for another filmmaking tool sends data directly to that provider, not through FilmCraft unless the interface clearly says otherwise.
Why we use data
We use this data to create and secure your account, save and restore your work, provide requested guidance and reviews, enforce plan limits, operate subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting duties. Depending on the context, the basis is performing our agreement with you, your requested action or consent, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, or a legal obligation.
Payments
When paid checkout is enabled, Paddle will act as merchant of record and will process checkout, payment, tax and billing-support information under Paddle’s privacy notice. FilmCraft keeps only the references and status needed to reconcile your access.
Service providers and subprocessors
- Our infrastructure provider hosts the FilmCraft application and service data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
- Google provides Google sign-in when you choose it.
- Paddle acts as merchant of record when paid checkout is enabled and supplies billing and entitlement events.
- OpenAI or another clearly named AI provider receives only the context you approve when you initiate a connected Creative Guide request using an eligible key.
Providers process data only for the service described here and under their own privacy terms. We will update this list before adding a materially different production subprocessor.
Sharing and international processing
We share data with these providers only as needed to host and secure FilmCraft, authenticate users, process payments, deliver guidance you request, or comply with law. Some providers may process data outside India or your country. We use appropriate contractual and security protections where applicable.
Retention, export and deletion
Project writing and versions are kept while your account is active. You can export your account data from the account page and request account deletion there. Deletion is safety-reviewed before it is fulfilled. Fulfillment removes project writing, versions, Guide responses, review shares and upgrade requests, disables the account and pseudonymizes its sign-in identity. Minimal billing references, entitlement history and a deletion receipt may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. Operational backups are intended to roll off within 30 days; billing, security and entitlement records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or law. Review links expire within 30 days and can be revoked or deleted by the creator.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion of personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or object to certain processing where applicable. Security and changes
We use account separation, access controls, encrypted transport and restricted backups, but no online service can promise absolute security. We will date material changes to this notice and present them where required.
